Who is Ike? Ike's was founded by Isaac Martin Ausmus. He is the grandson of the late Ike Slusher. (Hence, the name Ike's Artisan Pizza) Martin's love for food and cooking became an obsession as he worked with several renowned chefs in Louisville, KY, which led to a dream of one day establishing his own concept. He decided to open a warm welcoming place with a comfortable atmosphere where you can share delicious pizza and a cold brew with friends and family. Known for its scratch dough that is made in-house daily and fired in an open Woodstone pizza oven. The best you have ever eaten! Family comes first for Martin, so bring the crew and enjoy a pie!
